  1. Passive estimate

    Free

    Your phone and connected wearables report when you sleep and wake. We infer body-clock timing from those nights — a proxy, not a lab measurement.

  2. Chrono test

    We use the Munich Chronotype Questionnaire (MCTQ) to estimate your circadian phase.

  3. TipTraQ validation

    Clinical

    Three nights at home with the TipTraQ kit give a clinical-grade read — sleep staging, breathing, and oxygen. That block replaces the proxy and unlocks your verified badge.

Limits

  • Free tier uses sleep proxies, not lab DLMO.
  • Wearable staging varies by device.
  • Windows are phase-adjusted, not PK models.

DLMO and lab PSG remain the reference. TipTraQ is the validated upgrade.
